Effective Date: June 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the iOS application My Capital & Goals (the “App”), developed by Elizaveta Peshchanskaya (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
We respect your privacy. The App is designed to work locally on your device and does not collect, transmit, sell, share, or store your personal data on external servers.
1. Information We Collect
We do not collect any personal information from users.
The App does not collect, request, or transmit information such as:
- name;
- email address;
- phone number;
- location;
- contacts;
- photos or media;
- financial account credentials;
- device identifiers;
- usage analytics;
- advertising identifiers;
- crash reports sent directly to us;
- any other personal data.
2. Local Data Storage
Any information you enter into the App is stored locally on your device. This includes:
- Places — where your capital is stored (name, balance, currency, icon, color, notes);
- Goals — savings goals (name, target amount, saved amount, target date, linked place, icon, color, notes);
- App settings — language, theme, display currency, and exchange rates.
We do not have access to this data.
You are responsible for managing and protecting the data stored on your device, including through your device passcode, iCloud backup settings, or other Apple system features.
3. Data Sharing
We do not share user data with third parties because we do not collect user data.
The App does not sell, rent, trade, or disclose personal information to advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or any other external parties.
4. Tracking and Advertising
The App does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.
The App does not use third-party advertising, targeted advertising, advertising identifiers, or tracking technologies.
5. Analytics and Diagnostics
The App does not include third-party analytics tools.
We do not receive or analyze user behavior, app usage statistics, or personal diagnostic information from the App.
Apple may provide developers with aggregated and anonymized information through App Store Connect or Apple system services. Such information is managed by Apple according to Apple’s own privacy policies and does not allow us to identify individual users.
6. Third-Party Services
The App does not use third-party services that collect personal data from users.
If this changes in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before such services are used.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 or the equivalent minimum age in other jurisdictions.
Because the App does not collect personal data, we do not knowingly collect, store, or process children’s personal information.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Since all user-entered data is stored locally on your device, we do not retain any user data on our servers.
You can delete your data by:
- deleting individual Places or Goals inside the App;
- deleting the App from your device.
Deleting the App will remove locally stored Places, Goals, and settings from your device. Data may only be restored if you previously backed up your device through iCloud or another Apple backup method.
9. Security
We do not transmit or store user data on external servers.
Data entered into the App remains on your device. The security of this data depends on the security settings of your device, including your passcode, biometric authentication, operating system protections, and backup settings.
10. International Data Transfers
We do not collect or transfer user data internationally.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time if the App’s functionality, legal requirements, or privacy practices change.
Any updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means that you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
